1. Promoter
The promoter is Locale Espresso Pty Ltd (ABN 50 624 113 079), 6/51 Moreland Road, Coburg VIC 3058, Australia (“Locale Espresso”).
2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Locale Espresso and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
Entries open 31 October 2025 and close 11:59 pm AEDT, 1 December 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at localeespresso.com.au/10yr-giveaway/ during the promotion period.
Optional bonus entries apply for:
– Following @localeespresso on Instagram and adding your Instagram handle (+2 entries) – we need your handle to confirm you’re following us.
– Providing a valid November 2025 order number (+3 entries)
Only one entry form submission per person is permitted; bonus entries are applied automatically based on the information provided.

Additional instant-win prizes (tees, hats, vouchers, stickers, mugs) are available throughout November 2025 with qualifying online purchases (one per person). Instant-win prizes are distributed at random and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The grand-prize winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 3 December 2025 at Locale’s VIC office. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days and announced on Locale’s social channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw will occur.
7. General Conditions
– Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
– Locale Espresso reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if required.
– By entering, participants consent to Locale Espresso using their name and likeness for reasonable promotional purposes (e.g. announcing winners on socials).
– All entries are collected in accordance with Locale Espresso’s Privacy Policy.
8. Promoter’s Decision
The promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
