A washed Red Bourbon sourced from farms surrounding Wilton Benitez’s Granja Paraiso 92. It features loads of syrupy tropical fruits, berries and sweet florals.
This coffee comes from the region of Cauca in the south of Colombia. Cauca is relatively flat compared to other Colombian regions, providing more consistent growing conditions for the coffee.
Wilton Benitez sources the freshly harvested Red Bourbon coffee from the farms around Granja Paraiso 92, then brings the cherries to his processing facility located near the town of Piendamo.
Here he ferments the coffee for 36 hours. The coffee is then depulped, washed and dried in his state of the art facility and packaged up for export.
