png flight
1 coffee, 3 ways ft. a honey, washed & natural.
about me
for the second year running, we’ve managed to get our hands on not one, but three beautiful coffees from Baroida Estate in the Eastern Highlands of PNG. rarely does the exact same coffee get processed 3 different ways & wind up tasting equally amazing. plus, we think it’s a really great way to understand the effects processing can have on the end result. we’ve popped them side-by-side in a tasting flight so you can experience the individual flavours produced by each method….
natural: mango, cola & cherry.
washed: apple, grapefruit & lemongrass.
honey: red grape, cantaloupe & raisin.
