as our first coffee offering from PNG, we’re so excited to feature not one but THREE coffees from Baroida Estate. rarely does the exact same coffee get processed 3 different ways & all wind up tasting amazing. plus, we think it’s a really great way to understand the effects processing had on the end cup result. we’ve popped them side-by-side in a tasting flight so you can experience the individual flavours produced by each method….
natural: sour cherry, pomegranate & milk choc.
washed: apple, apricot & sugar cane.
honey: toffee, red grape & plum.
roasting every Wednesday to keep your beans as fresh as possible!
