about me
a blend of Brazilian, Ethiopian & Guatemalan beans, it’s a medium bodied, sweet coffee with a nicely balanced acidity.
the famous ‘swiss water’ process uses the most natural & chemical-free method for removing the caffeine. the beans aren’t treated with any chemicals during the decaffeination process & still maintain those distinct flavour characteristics of each of the origins.
