Coocentral, also known as the Central Coffee Growers Cooperative is located in the famed coffee region of Huila. With over 3,400 member farmers spread across south‑central Colombia, Coocentral has long been a cornerstone of quality and community in one of the world’s most respected coffee origins.

The co-op supports its members with access to technical training, financial assistance and social programs. Including agronomy support to improve yields and quality, health and education services in remote communities, and incentives for environmental sustainability. This model helps to ensure better prices for it’s members, stronger farms and a more resilient supply chain.

Huila’s rich volcanic soils, high altitudes (1,350-1,800 masl) and distinct microclimates produce expressive & balanced washed coffees. After hand‑picking ripe cherries, the fruit is de‑pulped, fermented and sun‑dried, before being milled and packed for export.

Highlighting our pride in our green bean sourcing, this Colombian is the same that you’ll find in our OG espresso blend. This is a classic Colombian washed coffee – clean and structured, with vibrant acidity and flavour that reflects the co-op’s meticulous quality standards.
