baroida estate: png
tastes like apple, grapefruit & lemongrass
about me
for the second year running, we managed to get our hands on these beautiful coffees from Baroida Estate in the Eastern Highlands of PNG. the estate was founded by Ben Colbran in the 60’s & Ben’s son Nicol still runs the estate today. their meticulous separation of the coffee for QC helps maintain the high quality we’ve come to love from these producers.
this washed has been roasted for espresso to highlight it’s stunning profile. we’ve also been lucky enough to buy the same coffee as a honey & natural process. get your hands on the natural here (roasted for filter). to get the full experience, we recommend tasting them side by side – Baroida Estate tasting flights coming soon!
this coffee has a herbaceous, complex & balanced profile finishing with crisp apple and grapefruit.
